- If you are not able to attend the Neighborhood Elections (caucus) you can print a ballot 24 hours before meeting, and fill in your votes. Each voter must print a personalized ballot - no photo copies are permitted.
- Put the ballot in a sealed envelope (to preserve your secret ballot) then sign the envelope and provide a copy of BOTH SIDES of your government issued ID showing your name and signature (to preserve the validity of the ballot). At the meeting, your signature will be verified with the ID and the ballot will be separated from the envelope for counting.
- Give all of that to someone who will be attending the meeting to turn in for you. No person may bring to caucus no more than three (3) ballots on behalf of others.
